One essential step in manifesting your heart's desire is the practice of mindful expectancy. If you're doing the work you can expect the focus of your practice to manifest into form... it's how the creative process operates. When a farmer plants corn, he expects corn to grow. When you plant seeds of prosperity, you can expect prosperity to grow. Like gardening, it's important to tend to the soil by pulling out weeds and feeding water and nutrients to the seedlings. When it comes to mindful manifestation the soil is your mind and the weeds are the negative thoughts that try to convince you that you're too dumb/unworthy/ugly/unqualified to experience what you've been affirming in your spiritual practice. Whenever thoughts like these come up - take a moment to pause and let them go!
From your gut proclaim, "I'm no longer interested in this thought/belief ... and I let it go!" Then shift your attention to thoughts that feel inspiring. *Hint: use the affirmation above or something similar. Your loving thoughts and affirmations are nutrients. Remember, whatever we place our attention on grows. This is why gratitude is a powerful practice, when we intentionally focus on our blessings we experience more blessings! DON'T GIVE UP - PROVE THAT THIS WORKS! When you implement a new discipline it might take a moment before the fruits of your practice blossom. KEEP GOING! Allow your happiness and fulfillment to be your top priority. When you dedicate your life to joy, abundance, fulfillment, and freedom ... you'll LIVE in a state of miracle readiness. This isn't a nice idea - it's spiritual law. Just like the farmer that expects the harvest he planted to grow; when you plant seeds of Love you can expect Love to grow... and grow... and grow!
